Happy Feast of St. Joseph! The Church’s calendar of saints designates today a solemnity, so you should really be celebrating more than you did for St. Patrick’s Day. (And yes, that means you can eat meat. The pope would surely insist, being his namesake and all.)

- A Catholic adoption agency in England has been granted a reprieve from a law that would require them to adopt to homosexual couples.
- The return of Catholic architecture? The Wall Street Journal looks at two new churches designed by Catholic architect Duncan Stroik — the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, WI, and the new chapel at Thomas Aquinas College.
- Some people dress their babies in cuddly animal costumes. Other people dress their babies as tiny versions of murderous dictators.
- The title of this Washington Post article says all you need to know: “Priests with love lives speak out against celibacy.” No kidding! (Also, one former priest-with-a-love-life says that “young reactionary priests” are the real source of the vocations crisis. So now you know.)
Anyone had their NCAA bracket busted yet? My condolences to any Notre Dame or Georgetown fans out there. Liberals who don’t care about the whole college sports thing may prefer to fill out the Bracket of Evil instead. (Glenn Beck could go all the way!)
