Karl D. Stephan

Karl D. Stephan is a professor of electrical engineering at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He received his Master of Engineering degree from Cornell in 1977. After several years in the private sector, he earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. For many years, he taught at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, before moving to Texas State University in 2000.
